      Great starter headset

      Brought this for my 11 year old son so he could chat and game with his mates. Super impressed by the audio quality, both in and out communication with his mates. Good volume. No scratchy interference that I've heard so far and son says they are pretty comfortable to wear and not too heavy. Considering my brother has had his one for 5 years now without any problems I think it's a great product investment.

      First try out the headset only heard from 1 side. Tried on several items still 1 side, I went out and purchased another audio cable bingo sound from both sides, sound is clear, bass is ok, good gaming headset, but not for music .

      I reached out to your team advising that the sound did not connect from the ps4 to the headset. No one has responded and it took so long to deliver. On the bright side they’re comfortable but no point if they don’t work..
